pleasssss help css issues need help lol

ok dont wana sound like im beging but i need a lil help if posible would someone be so kind enough to explain what could let the game work fine and went like a week without playing and boom game plays n slowmotion even when iplay bots same thing and can anyone help be a blessing my xfire is chrisanimefan and cant find a fix and yes i own the lagi copy wich i bought multible cd set with css dods hl2 so ya lol

hp 5 gig ram nvidia graphs my limits pass game by far guessing a issues today worked fine i notice does same thing in soldier front when i play that maybe reformatting to xp from vista is involved ?

Reformatting would probably help.

You probably have some junk on your computer that's slowing it down. You could manually remove most of it it, but reinstalling XP or Vista would be probably the quickest and easiest way to fix it.
