Looking for a server!

Hi all, after almost a year of inactivity, I want to take up CSS again. Problem is, that even with game-monitor.com, I can't find a server I'm looking for. Thus, I'm asking here if anyone knows a CSS server with the following requirments:
- Normal map rotation (not just italy or just dust2, I like variation)
- No AWP (yes yes I know)
- Regularly populated (not that it's void of players, I do want to play ;))
- Preferably British, or Dutch (because A then I have less problems with ping and B then I won't have any language problems, not like with French or German servers)

I'm used to play on servers like that, but I can't find my old one's anymore, but I know I enjoy that most. So if anyone knows a server like that, I'm happy to hear it ;)
