High Ping?

Every time i play CS:S i get a high ping...

Someone suggested to run windows in diagnostic mode (which i think is a good idea), but for some reason i cant enable my internet while in diagnostic mode :(

well, actually i cant start any services in diagnostic mode.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

BTW I already tried cleaning up my spyware(nothin detected) and I always run CCleaner when i can.

I always play on US:WEST servers.

I hope i posted in ze right thread :P

Just Go ingame And Choose a Server With a new map thats a Huge file.
when you get into the game and choose team and crap press f10/
