Hmmm would this a/b u? I think it's kind of useless anyways to ppl who don't have a private GGCRC and MSCRC. But otherwise good job! Would test it but too lazy...

Its both.. dEM is when you attack you can hit monsters near you. dEMI is where you can hit monsters everywhere without it getting vacced.

dEMI Vac stands for dELICI0US Exidis Monster Item Vac. It vacs the monsters on top of you, and the monsters drop items on top of you as well.
dEM Vac stands for the same, except for the 'Item'. Thus, it does not vac the items on top of you.
