how do i use enigma to str glitch my sorc to use spirit monarch?

u have the whole str glitch concept wrong

All str glitch means is that other gear allows you to wear some gear.

Such as, you need 20 str to wear enigma, so you get a 20 stat anni and it allows you to wear enigma. What the str glitch does is to others, it will look like your enigma isnt even on.
