Trading Diablo 2/LOD CDKEY + USWEST LADDER CHARACTER FOR STEAM ACCOUNT

I am trading my:
Diablo 2 Cd Key
Diablo 2 LOD Cd key
My level 75 Hammerdin, with enigma,shako um'd, hoz with socket,6 bo cta, i also have mules with Fort, Insight CV,BOTD Merc Weap, 4 bo CTA, arachs, bk, 5 PCOMBS, P TORCH, AMA TORCH, B TORCH, many other items.

THIS CHAR IS ON USWEST LADDER.

Trading all this for a Steam account with: DOD:S and CS:S. 6-7 DIGIT

IF YOU HAVE GARRYS MOD (not the free one) ON THE STEAM ACCOUNT AS WELL THEN I DO NOT CARE HOW MANY DIGITS. ANY STEAM ACCOUNT WITH DOD:S, CS:S, AND GARRY'S MOD (In good standing, not vacbanned) WILL BE AUTO.

We will be using a middleman.

Umm, Isn't that CD Key used? If it's being used, Then its not going to be a working CD Key. Its going to say "This CD Key is being used by another person"
