Question for Stings MapHack

Well I was interested in trying to kill meph for items, and I knew about maphack so I asked around and eventually got a website. So I try it out it doesn't work, I try running D2 as admin, I try running Sting as admin, I tried at the same time nothing happens. I even used the link on one of the Stings MapHack guides, but it still messes up.

Well run as admin it says "Can't create toolhelp32 snapshot of process 1100. err=5

When I run norm it says "Can't create toolhelp32 snapshot of process 5988, err-5

It really bothers me when I think how much time I would be saving if I had this program. Does anyone have any die why this is happening?

P.S. I AM USING WINDOWS VISTA
