Question about euls divinity scepter?

I used Sven (Rogue Knight)

And everytime I use God Strength the Euls Scepter debuffs my God Strength.

is it a bug? Or its just a effect of F***ing Euls?

Not sure. I always use diffsual blade. Maybe the god strength period over?

i remeber i got haste and i used bladestorm and i got debuffed as well.

It is from the spell...that is one it effects
