Custom kick for Vista?

My understanding is Shadow French's custom kick mod does not work with Vista. I'm getting really tired of people going afk for 20 minutes while we lose the game. Happens at least once a day. I'm not interested in kicking people for dumb reasons...only people who are ruining the game like afk'ers.

Is there any other mod available that would work with Vista? I've tried different compatiblity modes and everything. Nothing seems to work. If there isn't anything out there I think someone with coding experience should work out a version for us Vista users. Yeah yeah I know Vista sucks. Heard it before. But it's the latest mainstream OS and it's what I'm using now.

get tcpview, and use customkick, get their ip, and terminate it in tcpview.

Have you successfully gotten this to work? I tried it today and when I looked at the list of IPs in TCPview I couldn't find the IP addresses for the players I was playing with. Thanks again
