Question Regarding Bone Fetcher's Fire Arrow

I wanna ask is if fire arrow and stack with other orb item effect... Coz the skill personally did not say the orb effect is not stackable... But when i use fire arrow with either deso or satanic, the fire arrow "anime effect" is gone and is overtaken by the item's "anime effect" is it a graphic bug or what? Does the fire arrow's bonus damage stack with the items effect?

im pretty sure its a graphic bug,,,, cause obviously it wouldnt be able to show both images at once. Im pretty sure the damage stacks but i may be wrong

both of are wrong..

(Autocast) Searing Arrow + Deso = Searing Arrow (no Corruption)
(Autocast) Searing Arrow + Life Steal = Searing Arrow (no life steal)
(Autocast) Searing Arrow + Skadi = Searing Arror + Slow Effect stack (Skadi Range is a Buff not an Orb)
(Autocast) Searing Arrow + Mana Break = Searing Arrow
(Autocast) Searing Arrow + Maim = possible (case to case)
(Autocast) Searing Arrow + chain Lightning = (Im not sure)
