I believe registrations are closed at the moment.Lancraft and Zion are available.Also,there are lots of other servers like asianbattlenet.Try googling it.Other than that,make sure your CD key is not a crack one.Blue server?[

Umm, Blueserver registration is officially opened.
Thus, you can register and play it.

I have already found out his problem,his CD serial number is fake.So,battlenet wont be an option for him.
