A guide for Bloodseeker??

After more than one year of playing dota, whacking creeps and heroes alike, i have never used it nor did my frens used it, it is only when the thread on bloodseeker came out, that i realise about the hero... :)

so technically i'm a noob in using bloodseeker, can any one please post a guide on this hero, or at least give me some tips and stuffs abt items and strats for this hero, so i can try it out after my exams...greatly appreciated...

PS. Gd luck to all the rests who are having exams too...
