Share some stories about Traxex, the Drow Ranger...

Well, here's mine. I was playing all random with my older brother and his friends in a computer rentals shop last Saturday. I got Traxex and was worried because I thought her skills are for farming only. Boy I was wrong... I ended up owning my brother's friends. I got 21 kills and 0 deaths so I ended up having a free game. First time I used her but then I owned. I was level 25, my brother was level 20 (Bone Fletcher) and our opponents (Juggernaut, Shadow Shaman, Sand King) were level 14 each. Oh did I say, it was 3 on 2?

My item build was:
Power Treads
Hyperstone
Buriza do Kyanon
Satanic
Aegis of the Immortal
Lothar's Edge

I didn't know why I had so much money. After buying all of those I still had 5000+ gold that I don't know where to spend.

It was cool seeing Bone Clinkz's fire arrows with Traxex's cold arrows firing at the same time. And Traxex's True Shot Aura compliments Clinkz nicely. We usually Wind Walk behind them when they are pushing our towers. Then we unleash hell. They get confused whether to go towards our tower or towards us. It was fun. One thing I noticed though, Satanic changes her arrow's appearance. Weird.

Oh my God! I know I'm logged in, I just posted a while ago! I had such a long post about Drow Ranger & after I posted, it says I'm not logged in! Grrrr! It's 2a.m. & I'm tired. I've wasted my time thinking & typing things about Drow Ranger & It got wasted! Damn! Damn! Damn! My advice, after typing all those things, highlight all of what you've just typed, then copy! So you won't have to repeat it again! I'm just pissed!

Uhh, Traxex is a ****ing godlike hero, basically the best ranged hero out there. I get Power Treads, Sange & Yasha, Monkey King Bar, Buriza do-Kyanon, Lothars Edge, then finally an Aegis. I max Frost Arrows, then get Stats to Level 5, then max Silence, then Trueshot Aura. I of course, learn my ultimate as soon as possible. Well, she is not a hero that you can have discussions or anything, because she is one of those heroes that can guarantee a kill if you get one Frost Arrow off.

kingliche dont want to start a flame war but i must say that u are the master of the noobs here.. getting sange and yasha on traxes is alot of stupid.trueshot aura and frost arrows are your skills that u must max out first then u can think on silence or starting to put stats.Buriza do-Kyanon must be build first after that u can make the mkb..the only think i agree with u is that at the end u can make lothar's edge and aegis but there are alot of other items that traxes needs

medusa in my oppinion is the best ranged hero out there...traxex is second and clinkz isent even in the top10

traxex is 1 of my fav but ill think that sange and yasha is abit stupid......il go with powerthreads,burizze,butterfly,hyper stone,linkin,then rapier

Basically if Traxex has Lothar's it's kinda the same as clinkz, think about it, Traxex has freezing arrows, clinkz has searing, traxex slows, while clinkz does bonus dmg, kinda the same.

the only problem there is people usualy overwrite clinkz's fire arrow with some crap orb effect from like des...its stupid since +40 dmg is amazing but they do it...

Id say traxex is much better then clinkz...1on1 traxex wins even if you let clinkz farm for his items. Lothars is the best thing to get on her since she is an awsome ganker.

frost arrows and trueshot aura definitely max out 1st. then stats and last silence. u only needs silence when it's a multiplayer game. for 1v1 it's not a necessity. threads and lothars edge always be my 1st 2 items. then i go buriza and butterfly from there

hmm... are you sure that fire effect is orb on clinkz? i dunno, but isn't fire supposed to be non-orb with ranged heroes? i'm not so sure myself... if you're sure then i'll take your word for it. :D
