Hmm... Weird it won't load
I have Windows 7 x64bit Version fyi
It was created in Visual Studio 2005 32bit, so I think it works on 32bit operation system only... try compatibility settings or something.

Update to DFU 2.1.0 coming soon - to include up-to-date Classes, Quests and Official Items! (more than 3465 items in 2.1.0 vs 1835 items in 2.0.2, and more are being added every day)

And this sounds incredible. Immaculate timing on your part, sir. I just started to get back into DF :P
Hey as to the 64bit problem, could you consider if its possible to re-compile the code with this in mind:

As the others have pointed out, both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions of VS can target both 64 bit and 32 bit runtime environments. Further you can use either the 64 or 32 bit versions of Windows 7 (obviously the 64 bit version of VS requires 64 bit Windows, but VS 32 bit runs on either).

Visual Studio includes both 32-bit and 64-bit compilers and tools.
You can install VS on Windows 7 x64 and develop 32-bit applications without any problems.
(Just don't do something insane like hard-coding "C:\\Program File (x86)\\")

I don't think the compilation is the problem... it's compiled for "Any CPU"...

I bet it's not because of Visual Studio, but because of the Flash Player ActiveX that is being embedded into the application, which is strictly 32bit...
Your only bet is to try it on 32bit Windows OS.

EDIT: Okay so after installing all the shockwaves and flashes and .nets (mainly 3.0) I got it to work in XP mode. If you guys have 64 bit machines, try it out in xpmode

Please try the following on 64bit Windows:
(Option 1) "Logon Failure: User Account Restriction" Fix:
1. Open Local Group Policy Editor by typing gpedit.msc in Start Search box and hit Enter.
2. Navigate to Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options branch.
3. Locate and double click on Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only option.
4. Select the radio button for Disabled to allow user account with blank (or no password) for remote login.

(Option 2) Try adding DFUnlimited.exe to you Windows Firewall exceptions!
Please reply if this fix worked for you (or did not)!
