Well, its a great program/hack. One problem is that, it keeps disconnecting according to what the creator/programmer said.
One way to avoid disconnecting, is to suspend and unsuspend it for each HUV destroyed. Although, the user have to do it quickly to avoid the HUV from moving.
Another way is to buy parts which can deal twice the amount of damage or more to the HUV. The parts can be bought at a lower level at the auction house. The parts does not cost a lot. its very cheap on a high/rookie leveled car/player.
Now, many users have problems when using the NetSuspender 4.4. Some of them said that it does not work.
First, check the IP address. You can acquire your IP at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or any similar pages.
Sometimes the default IP in the program/hack does not suit your IP
Also, if you manually disconnect yourself in anyway. Be sure to visit the site mentioned above again because your IP might not be the same as before.
Second, it is recommended to tick the "Always on top" box to be aware if you are suspended or not. Some users might complain that it is not working.
That is because they are not sure what is happening, either the status is On/Off.Also some users might experience rejection when playing the game. Users/players can not enter in anyway into the game after being disconnected. That is because the user have suspended himself or herself.
Third, if the user is using vista or any other window. It is possible that it is not compatible, or the user's computer had encountered an error.
fourth, be sure to go close to the HUV, not too close. Around 10cm away from the targeted HUV. Stay at that spot and click suspend or press the desired hotkey, and you may ram the HUV as you wish.
Therefore, check the IP address first, and check if its correct. Also tick the "Always on top" box. Be sure to fix the error other than vista.
Since vista have encountered many problems when initializing a program.
Lastly, go around 10 cm to the targeted HUV, and activate suspend.

just download from the link and extract to the folder you want, open the icons which is color orange, and their your go .. thats it ,. .

doesnt work and i read the instructions CAREFULLY. im on 4.4 and they just keep going..
hmmm....did you suspend meters aways from HUV before you hit?your need to adjust your distance from HUV, try to suspend and count for 30 seconds if you got DC or turn back to character select it means its working.
