Um.. try Dr. Eye. I've seen my uncles use it to translate chinese/japanese sites although it'll take some time (10min per site?). Anyways why's this under 'IMPORTANT'? It's not even important... probably to you..

Even if you did have a tut, you still need a KSSN..which is illegal to have if you don't live in Korea.

KSSN.. like a SS number? If so.. there's alot websites that generate fake ID numbers (or w.e you want to call it) for games such as Counter Strike (the Taiwan version) and etc..

Do you download from limewire/frostwire? If you do, then you're doing something illegal. So why not go get a fake KSSN num..?
