this program hides your ip using socks5 and socks4 proxies. it runs in the background so you dont have to worry about any settings. just extract all of the files to the same place and run it.

Proxying isn't "releasing the IP ban," you IP is still banned. If you have a dynamic IP, it's easier to just go to your command prompt and renew your IP.
