some one can help me pelase?

i got CAALI Files and i got problem i dont know whate happend here
i up the server and open the neuz.ini and put in IP "127.0.0.1"

OK I KLICK ON loader.bat i put my Accunt id + password klick ok i see the servers and example (from fame Kingsote 1-1) i choose the 1-1 klick ok and its give me the ERROR Cannot conecting to the game please check the network
