when i start a private server i press start on launcher it just closes and idea? please help =/

Ok... First of all, if it's not posted in the right section, I would like to apologize, but I can't find anywhere else to post this so ima go ahead and post it =)

Ok, so I've been playing Mocro gunz for a long time and quitted for several reasons... I would like to sell my account which has 3 characters...

1-[FG]Peter
2-iBangHoes
3-Sunlight

[FG]Peter has 1 donator items which is a shotgun(12 dmg with a lot of Bullets), has an Admin Coat, MG Coat and 2 event meds(Which recover a big amount of HP/Ap) He's level 97 and he's the Highest...

iBangHoes doesn't have any donators, but still have a colored name with (^6) which is Green (Like Admins)

Sunlight is a regular character... Low level...useless...

Hello sorry if this is a nooby question, but I have no idea how to raise the server exp rates. Also the quest exp rates, I don't know how to do that.

I also have a question on how to change what the in game lobbies say, like it'll say "blah blah gunz lobby" or blah blah this channel. I'd like to change that to a different name / make the text different.

Another question I have is how to make it that the admins / developers in game, their name to show as -- "name" instead of -- "Administrator" or --"Developer"
I'm setting the rank to 252 so that they can use the in-game commands and have their normal name and lvl show but I'd like to know how to change that if it's possible.

If anyone one can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it, thank you.

If i shoot on a gunz private server, My gunz crashes.
It's only on 1 gunz, and i am the only 1 with that problem on the server.

every time i try to download MSSQL or what ever it is at the last part in installing it, it crashes my computer and restarts and restarts again and again etc, never stops..

it only worked 1 time for me long ago but now i have this problem what should i do?
