changing vagrant clothes

hi i saw a video on youtube of someone who could change a vagrant suit into
a ringmaster suit but how do you change that?
btw i searched the forum but i couldnt find it

there were tools that allowed to do this.
however, aeonsoft implemented a protection against this into flyff.
then there has even been a bypass for this but again aeonsoft changed the code to stop it from working.
