Suggestion About patched Automaton

I never turn off my computer so i never get out of automaton or flyff. today i was able to use automaton even later than it was "patched" i was wondering if it was because i didnt let the gg to patch the game, so if this is right it could be able to use automaton again by copyin the old gg files before the today's patch. Im not sure of it but if someone could prove it...
