How To put Avatar on thier post

why cant i put a avatar ??im very curious why cant i put

I was wondering the same thing.

What I'm thinking is one of two things: 1) You might have to have a certain post count before you can have an avatar, or 2) You have to be a Forum Moderator to be able to have an avatar.

I'm not positive on this, but this is what I'm thinking the reason is.

You have to be a moderator or a premium member.
