Heres a Major problem I've noticed in the Soldier Front Section. Theres a Bright, Red Stickie on the VERY top, Here's what it reads, "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]"

Well, I'm just asking this, Can you guys make it a Permanent ban? These Referral ID's are really starting to piss me off. These noobs make these threads, People spam them out of their Brains, and the noob that ****ing made the thread gets money, and can ****ing post it again in another ****ing 30 days.

Sorry for my "French", but they just get really annoying after a while. All I'm asking is to make it a Permanent Ban. I've seen this one person also, 3 Accounts already? And the third one already has an infraction on it. Can gzp IP ban? Or does it cost money?

I believe 30 days is sufficient. Often times once the user is banned because of that, it doesn't come up again. And if it's seriously bothering you, just report the post. It will be dealt with by the Moderator of that section or an S-Mod.

And if we notice a pattern in advertisements, we'll move to doing an IP-Ban. Those are, I believe, a last resort since the problem gets resolved with the first ban.

Thats one out of two. Barbiegirl or w.e her name is, is really pissing me off, as she usually does. Do me a favor and close it. Maybe ban her if you want, All she does is spam.

Sorry about the Flaming also, I can get angry.

please dont ban me for spam, all im doing is replying to peoples posts. and iced has a serious problem for me. must have a problem, how about giving iced an infraction for flaming, he said he is...

We seldom use IP bans for the following reasons:
Not everyone uses a 'static' IP therefore it's ineffective.
If people are keen enough on doing something to the extent that they'll continually re-register, they'll probably be keen enough to continually renew IP addresses.
Certain ISPs assign a sort of global public proxy, whereby up to one hundred users are hidden behind a particular anonymous proxy during any given period of time.

However, there are instances where it's appropriate, and we can (and do) use them in those cases. It's just up to moderators to decide when that particular point is.
