I am sure there are threads on this matter but lately I have noticed a LARGE
increase in thread questions. It is understandable to ask if you are lost or confused but to ask something that is clearly posted or asked by another forumer is just a annoyance to the person posting the thread. Here are some basic steps I picked up on GZP for thread posting. (Good for other forums too.)
1. Find the thread you are interested in.
2. Read the authors post.
3. After READING the authors post figure out if it is what you were looking
for.
4. If it is and you have READ the post READ it again. (This will stop you from missing something in the post.)
5. Scan the comments by other GZP forumers. (Your question might have been asked already.)
6. If you have READ and re-READ the post and did a quick comment scan then you are ready to post you question.
Sorry if this is common sense to most of the people reading this but from the current posts up now I have noticed someone had to post this.
If this is stickyed or posted already sorry for the double post. (No hard fellings if this is shutdown.) I just didn't see it anywhere.
