What's the "Last edited" Thingy Suppose to Do/mean

I don't like it nobody does but It helps you make your thread/post perfect anyways any way to take it off? I really don't like how it says last edited by mister cacaman owned souljaboy1337 Lulz Any way to remove it?

only mods can edit your posts. no cacaman or souljaboygettem's...

and no, it wont be removed, because we use it a lot actually.

In most forums, the "Last edited..." disappears when you use a signature picture or something.

Racist Much? Anyways, I think its used so they can see who edited your post and like can't they view the past history of the thread/post BEFORE you edited your post?

I think the main point of that feature is to

let the other person know that you've edited that post and have made changes to it.

lets say [for an example]

"Selling Wallhack for $10"
contact "example123" me on xfire and i will give it to you

and now you know why it is edited

and once the other user is about to buy it. The Seller changes his post

"Selling Wallhack for $25"
contact "example123" me on xfire

and yeah, self explained

It's also used by Staff for verification purposes.

If you were thinking of that, GamerzPlanet Staff has already thought about it before you, don't bother trying.
