This is why the community, should be informing rules, before letting people register instead of a huge long LICENSE nobody is going to read anyway.
This way we can ban idiots like these instantly after they have broken a rule.

The long terms of service is there for legal purposes. It's a disclaimer saying this site is not responsible for crap that happens. Without the disclaimer, gzp would be screwed.

I didn't literally mean removing the, license ofcourse.
Just before letting them register log a page, that clearly states what they are allowed to do, and what not.
So when they do shit like this, the moderators can ban him at first post.
