If someone's reply to that thread was bad you should warn/infract/deletethe post. Not the whole thread which has just opened and was yet to have people discussing.
If that's what this entire thread is about, then you should have PM'd him an politely requested that the thread be re-opened. If he does not comply (and you still feel it should be reopened), PM an admin or smod and they will look into it for you.
If that's not what this thread is about, then I think I've addressed the main concerns already. WTFPWNED just needs to lighten up a bit and not alienate the users of his section (which I feel is a fair enough request). I'm sure he'll be compliant from this point forward, and further abusing him will probably not help your cause.

He does his job to a satisfactory level. But the aggression and tone of the verbal warnings he gives need to be looked at. Maybe give a warning from an impartial and neutral standpoint, and give evidence - such as re-stating a rule - when handing down a sanction, rather than a couple of **.
In short, the suggestion i'm making is that you review the way you verbally warn people and the closing of threads without supporting evidence. Fix this, you fix the raging fire party that has erupted in your name.

Hmm, i dont know what you mean but its the second person complaining about my writing. I dont know how it looks when you use that lame black/red skin, but im still using the old whiteblue skin. Its much better.

If there are any threads where you are outputting black on black, you must be typing it and copying and pasting it or something because I use the default skin and the only times I've ever had issues with people having black on black is when I copy and paste. Otherwise it always make the text to the "default" color for the skin (black for default, white for the black skins).

The only things - so far - that I've warned people for was spamming and insulting. So in your mind, when you're warned you've either A) spammed or B) insulted someone. You're not understanding him. It's hard to read because it's a block of words with no real organization, just a few random ideas thrown together. If you arrange your thoughts in a way that is comprehensible and distinct (i.e. individual paragraphs with individual ideas), it will be easier for people to read and reply.
