I don't understand. You people complain about me not giving reasons for my actions, and now you're accusing me of wanting to up my post count. Does it look like I need it? I have 2.9k+ posts and more than enough points to buy whatever I want... Not that I actually need to buy anything (I can upload avatar and use sig).

It's often a good rule of thumb to explain why we close things as moderators. Otherwise, as he stated, we get the massive pm spams crying "WHY YOU CLOZE MAI THREAD!1?".
Not that it stops them from complaining that we closed them unjustly.
And there is a trash can. We do delete posts, but not unless necessary. It makes things more of a hassle when people realize their threads have seemingly just vanished.

Agreed Thank you thanked and failed to rep +, he is sort of runing the Chit Chat section, Im the writer of 2 of the threads and i wanted to see what people would say and i say he is recklessly closing threads that he doesnt like. Not a good example of a moderator...

everyone, is all this flaming really necessary. probably every 2nd and third post i have read a negative accusation or remark about WTFPWNEDs' moderating.
every moderator (EVERY SINGLE ONE) handles their sections or has an attitude about themselves or does things on the GZP that might get the community fired up and pissed off. you look at each and every mod on this site and the next and you will find something negative to point out. i have been watching this thread since it came out and all its been is 7 pages of flame and pointed fingers and back and forth childish debates and NOT constructive criticism. for those of you that have a legitimate reason to be upset at hime for (such as an unfair closing or deleted thread or an unfair infraction or warning) heres a splendid idea-- PM HIM ABOUT IT AND IF THAT DOESNT WORK PM AN ADMIN!
instead of turning this sections focus to this "Fireball of posts" of a thread.
personally i think WTF is doing a great job, for these reasons:
1) He is online on the forums moderating and contributing every day.
2) even though he doesnt give a reason which to you seems enough and legitimate for his infractions to you nevertheless he is giving them to you for reasons which you should know. The announcement was made by him that stupid threads and posts will not be tolerated and that you would be infracted.
3) he has been a consistent member here since gzps reboot and maybe even before. (so he knows what hes talking about and doing).
If you guys dont like him and think he'll infract you for the threads you post in the chit-chat section then heres a great idea--dont post there, if you have a feeling that your threads might be considered pointless when you post them (which if you have received an infraction from him then i would think you would know) then i suggest you dont take the chance and just post it in the spam section and save that extra post in your post count for something worthwhile and helpful and worthy of some +rep.
keep at it WTFPWNED. i think you are doing a great job.
I suggest Roller208 be banned from posting new threads in chit-chat. His latest one is comparable to burnt toast. Something that could have been great, reduced to a piece of burnt, hard and nearly inedible waste of space.
WTFPWNED! has always been inhospitable and that is a vital trait when trying to take command over the now run-down chitchat section. And I have to agree. I haven't been here in a long time and to be frank, chit-chat looks like shit. Thank god some of that crap is locked on, pending movement to the trash can.

Anyone who reads it will pretty much come to the same conclusion. It's a waste of space. Not only does the thread starter start the thread off with a uneducated; on the line of ignorant statement, he/she continues to proceed throwing giant blanket statements, all of which have been so far false. If I was playing a Phoenix Wright game, you'd be the witness torn apart, crying and confessing guilty. Nearly every post not only shows your ignorance, but your blatant lack of knowledge in the topic.
Also, what's my level of thanks got to do with this? I don't care, why should you? I don't suck up. I don't release anything. Why would I have thanks? Should I start pointing out the fact that you're 14, ignorant and completely ignoring almost every single grammar rule? Or how Canada has not done crap? Lets not point out dumb, irrelevant things.
