Take a look at the attached picture. From what i know (im not a member of) Gamecheetah has hacks for various games. You think Gzp could come under fire from IJJI? With the release of smartz's rubbish onto this site, why not?

Before anyone gets on the "IJJI ToS says..." bandwagon... You do realize that Terms of Service agreements are between an end user and the first party. GzP does not agree to a game's ToS, and therefore the question of whether GzP violates it or not is moot. Essentially, any claim by IJJI stating anything relating to the ToS should be direct to end users, not GamerzPlanet.

I've had a fair few PMs from GMs/representatives and we tend to tell them to go jump. There's obviously been a few cases where we are in the wrong, having copyrighted content, etc. and in those instances we've obviously removed them. Whilst IJJI / Nexon don't really have a leg to stand on, gaming forums don't make enough money for it to be fiscally responsible to "stick it to the man" - it's much easier to just close, hence Game Cheetah.

I never stated it was a court of law, and i think you need to take a back seat in your replies. You are a vile person. Aggressive and belittling, with a dominant standpoint in most of your replies. You are only separated from me by your moderator status.

As of yet, they have nothing in their ToS that would hold anyone at GzP liable.

I am positive that IJJI are not morons, and have a ToS full of bloody loopholes.

Contradiction, ijji's ToS is actually very shitty.

Go read ijji's ToS, section 5, "Rules of Conduct"

They hold nothing on us. :(
