The level 2 Requirments.
How is somebody supposed to get the requirements for level 2? I mean the Head admin doesn't even have the Rep points needed! He has 150 Rep points. Man you guys really need to change the requirements to a lower standards.

The system isn't some instant gratification system. If you're short-sighted and narrow-minded, you've got no place in level two, therefore your complain about the requirements is essentially moot.

Over time, the section will develop. That was the idea from day one.
