WE Need to make sure that all the hacks people are putting arent fake ones alot off people are getting disipointed hop u guys can do something about it

A really simple solution is to just take it onto yourselves to scan the file and come up with your own answer. There's several online malware scan tools that you can use to determine if a file is safe or not.

When in doubt, don't run the application.

You can also ask for proof such as SS's and vids.

SS/Video can just be taken of another hack or whatever, safest thing to do is just to scan it for yourself, and if you don't trust it, don't use it. Simple as that. No need to flame the whole topic if yet again one virus scanner finds a 'virus' on an injector. Saw that happen just to much, really annoying.

There's also a thing called chat, which you can right your name, date and w/e to prove it's legit ;D

But scanning is one of the best thing to determine if the file is safe or not.

There a number of means to verify whether a file is legitimate or not. Whilst we urge all of our staff to take extra precautions (beyond just virus scans), sometimes this can not all be done in a timely manner and so we implore that you take some responsiblity for what you run on your computer. We are more than happy to show you how to run proper scans (on multiple scan sites) and also use an online sandbox. Beyond that, you can either disassemble the file yourself and see if there's anything suspect or just run it in a VM.

The bottom line: as much as we can (and do) try to prevent malware from penetrating our defenses, it still happens. You should always be verifying a files validity before running it, personally.
