Problem downloading

is there anyone can explain why the downloading stopped when it reached 3.13GB of 3.16GB, and then suddenly it started uploading, i just thought that maybe the upload needs to reach 3.16GB before the downloading will be completed but my expectation was wrong because the upload reached to 3.17GB..The blizzard downloader is still in its 99% of downloading when it reached 99% 7am this morning but it is already 9pm now but it is still in its 99% of downloading..maybe someone could explain why is it going like this. I just cant wait to play this server.

here is the connection info of blizzard downloader:

Completed: 3.13GB of 3.16GB
Downloaded: 2.33GB
Download Rate: 0.00 kb/s
Uploaded: 3.18 GB(as of this time 9:35pm)
Upload Rate: its running,random upload rate like 34kb/s, 28kb/s, 40kb/s

Have you tried running the installer? Just to see if it will work?

I have finished downloading, iv closed the downloader and run it again and the downloading continues and finished.I tried to log in this time,but the servers are offline.it says that there is a some kind of maintenance, just cant wait to play sooner ^_^..btw,tnx dude.

Well, that maintenance is over now. Won't be anything until Sunday -- at least if I can go by my schedule.
