A bug in downloading WoW

hi , im in new in WoW ,i would like some helps first like i can't download the client i got 500 mb downloaded then i get 0.00kb/s i know i searched for all troubleshooting things i even turned off my firewall (if it is blocking it) but still the same problem ... second problem is that i got a new acc in WoW from a private server and i go to blizzard's forum and can't seem to login (im a noob here) any help will be nice

Of course you can't use a private server account to login on Blizzard, that's impossible..

Also, I have no idea about the download problem. I'd suggest forwarding ports to your PC - [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] - and check your connection 100%.
