Need help connecting

I have downloaded all of the patches need, at least I think I have. I redownloaded both WoW, and TBC WoW. After that I ran TBC to get the patches from the world of warcraft site. It gave me patches up to 2.4.1. I then set my realmlist and patchlist in my realmlist.wtf folder to
set realmlist karizmawow.servegame.com
set patchlist karizmawow.servegame.com
which used to be
set realmlist server.wow.hacksdb.net
set patchlist eu.version.worldofwarcraft.com
before I had dropped it down into my WoW folder.
Then I downloaded the special launcher that was needed to connect me right away, im guessing. I put that into the WoW folder as well to overide it. When I use the launcher.exe file now, it shows v2.1.3.6898 which isnt the version I currently have in my WoW folder since I updated past that.
So after all of the stuff I've done I keep getting the message
"Unable to validate game version. This may be caused by file corruption or the interface of another program. Please visit (the wow website) for more information and possible solutions to this issue. Can someone help me out? I really wanna play on this WoW Private server. =] Thank You.

The server is patch 2.3.3 not 2.4.1.

Also, setting your realmlist to;

set realmlist karizmawow.servegame.com
set patchlist karizmawow.servegame.com

- is wrong. It should be:

set realmlist logon.gamerzwow.net
set realmlist logon.gamerzwow.net
