On some private servers this will happen if you are speed hacking, although it sometimes happens if you arn't as well randomly i've experienced both on a couple.

i quited for some weeks came back found my account banned then when i posted it i was unbanned and now this : (

Well, you could always try .start, if not that, try the unstuck feature under the ingame help menu. Also, the hearthstone is an option.
