From my experience of pixel bots, no.
This kind of bot need the fullscreen and the focus upon the game.

auto loot is working.
enemy selection and attacking is working.
the only problem is that the bot sometimes just doesnt kill an enemy just moves on to attack the next one ...and the next one until it dies :/
if anyone wants i can post screen shots of my settings and stuff.

As far as i go...i dont care if it has a virus or not :P the bot works thats more important :P

its a false positive all autoit scripts have them, and if it was a virus i think someone would have posted about it by now

Please do!!!! I can't seem to get autolooting to work. It's simply not picking up any items
