Spiderman 3-Need registry

hi guys,i got my new pc with quad cores,and transferring spiderman 3 from laptop.i transferred the game files,but that laptop is vista,the .reg files i save to my flash disk doesnt work here.can somebody post XP's registry files for sm3?.i would be really grateful.

Why can't you just use the install disc to reinstall the game on your new computer?
