Doom 4 in production :)

According to ID software CEO, Todd Hollenshead, as of today Doom 4 has started production. Theres no telling what game engine Doom 4 might use or if thy will be recycling the old Doom 3 engine, but one thing's for sure; id software is hiring developers that can develop Doom 4 in PC and console platforms as well.

Had kinda crappy story and it wasnt very scary either =/

Doom 4 will be using id Tech 5, their new engine currently in development which is also being used in their other game, RAGE.

einhander do they have screenshots of stuff using tech 5 engine?

I'm seriously hoping they make it better this time, Doom 3 wasn't that much of a scare :/

Good god. This is so good news! I still love Doom 1 tho..except the part when I always puked due to headache after playing it for few hours.. And when I see the Windows screensaver ..I puked also..
