To Mods: Making a GFX contest

Moderators, you should know that you can feel free to start up a random contest from time to time. However, if possible, I would like you to use this format:

Entry/Details: (Important, this is to show what the contest/competition is about.)

Competition name:
General Rules: (take some off the current competitions or whatever)
Prizes:
Conditions/what to do: (this includes what the competitions is about, what dimensions to use, and maybe a few examples.)
End period:



Voting: (This is only if you decide to cast a vote. Note: This is not needed if used for personal benefits, you should decide that for yourself.)

Competition name:
Recap of anything: (optional)
Arts: (This is something like the entries on the SoTM)
Any other rules: (No spamming, etc. etc.)

Please note: You don't HAVE to use this format, but it is easily organized if you do so. Feel free to manipulate this however you want. Add your own point if needed! (If you copy and paste this, it looks choppy.)
