To participate in the preview weekend, players must purchase the Guild Wars: Eye of the North Prerelease Bonus Pack, on sale at retailers in North America and Europe, in the Guild Wars in-game store, and at PlayNC.com.
Any loot, items, XP, and Heroes earned by players during the Sneak Peek Weekend will be available when Guild Wars: Eye of the North goes live on August 31. this is awesome. guild wars might surpass WoW, cuz WoW took about 5 years, i think, to hit 6 million, and we're at 4mil with NO fees!!

Thats UNITS not accounts sorry bub. Theres less than 2 million accounts, not telling how many are non-active or bots.

if you love wow soo much, go away and post in the WoW section, i guess this is great news for guildwars. Great to have more people to do missions with.

Er...Guys, WoW has only been out a few months before GuildWars..
And WoW counts inactive accounts, banned accounts, etc...in that count -- Which is about 20 million worldwide (But that's with Box Sales added with worldwide account numbers. Currently only 5 million active accounts. And even though there are roughly 21 Million Chinese WoW players, many share accounts.) So really, I doubt GuildWars will surpass WoW anytime soon, unless WoW becomes a sellout like Everquest (Which in my mind, it did when it released that first expansion)
