umm.. after salvaging runes/upgrades (using expertkit of course) i noticed that the chance of salvaging decreases as the Power of the rune/upgrade increases... is that true or is it just a coincidence?
One way for people to get a rune from a salvage item [blue,gold,purple] 100% is to salvage it when its unidentified to get a unid rune and u id the rune =]
