I'm going to take a leap and guess that he means a program that can run Guild Wars on things other than pcs like Ps3 perhaps? Seems quite pointless to me since there are probably programs to use a gamepad with Guild Wars. Meh

I have bought all 4 parts of guild wars and i have 8 max leveled characters im what do they say..? BORED!

You are all dumb. you should be ashamed. An Emulator is a thing that makes you elegable to make a private server, it's what makes the game run. Research before making dumb posts -.^
