Mini whiptail devourers 5k (it’s the least wanted minipet)
Mini necrid horsemen 10-15k
Mini jade armors 10k 15k
Mini siege turtles 15-20k
Mini hydras 10-15k
Mini trolls 5k
Mini temple guardians 10-15k
Mini fungal wallows 5k-8k

Purple

Mini kirins 15-25k
Mini charr shamans 15-30k
Mini burning titans 15-25k

Gold

Shiro Tagachi minipets 30k - 40k
Prince Rurik minipets 40k - 45k

Green

Mini Kuunavang dragons 145-185k (really hot, many people try to buy it for about 100k to resell it)
Mini bone dragons 170k - 205k

Nightfall Minipets

Varesh minipets 10-20k (market is flooded of mini Varesh)
Mini gray giants 10-20k

Prices vary a lot since everyone try to buy white and purple ones for 20k-30k to resell for 40k-60k.

First of all, you should have credited Guildwars Guru for it.
Second of all, 1st year minipets never go over 15K anymore (except for the very wanted minipets like Shiro, Rurik, Bone Dragon...)

Most 2nd year minipets in that list are way overpriced.

For example GWEN Minipet is about 100K + xx ecto, not 500K+ :o

I'll see if i can get a more recent list somewhere.
