To make a guild you must buy or win a sigil.
Prices may vary but I think 25k should do it (I've quit so...yeah...)

For asking this kind of stuff go ingame and ask in a town ELSE than the big one like ascalon, lion arch and drok.

Currently cigils are 16k, capes cost 2k, and making a guild costs 100g(wtf). Also capes and cigils must be obtain in post.

I Went to the Guild registrar and said i was ready to make a guild, i payed him 100 gold and the guild was made, i didn't have to have any sigil or anything else of the sort.

well the sigil is for the hall, and the cape is to make ur guild noticeably sexy *cough* i mean kewl.
