Whats the difference from Collectors and REG?

Sorry if this has been posted before but i couldnt find it. But what is the difference from the two?

Collectors has the Pre Searing Look to it.

The other has a different look =p

If your from factions or have it. You can actually get presearing armor for your charater from the crafter.
