Crash when I start the game!!

Everytime i can pick my character, then after that i get an error report and I crash. Does anyone have a clue why or could at least try to help thank you

Myabe your video card, or your RAM isnt good enough to play the game. Before logging in, look for the options button. Go into video and tone down the quality(the LONG bar in the center), and try again. If it doesnt work, then I dont know. Try taking off the water reflection and turn it on to terrain and sky.

Also, a good thing to try is the auto Detect feature in the Graphics settings.

Maybe some system specs could help also

Try reinstalling the game.
