Major Help Needed

I just recently got a new GPU for my computer. SO I thought "Hey, wouldn't it be fun to play Guild Wars again?!"

I try to install it, but once it gets to the part where you need to put in CD2, it freezes on me. The setup stops responding. Even minutes after, it's just frozen. I CTRL+ALT+DEL it and it still doesn't go away.

Now, I tried the Game Client online, and I think it's pointless. I really want the game installed so it doesn't take an hour to download one city.
