lol... m8 i totally disagree when u say that about Dungeons and Dragons Online... its a game which requires a lot of skill and a lot of strategy... its based that way... strategy... the problem is that it has a fee.. or else i would be playing it everyday... most ppl choose GW cos they dont have a fee, just like i did. i dont h8 any MMORPG but i really have to say that WoW is a really bad game to pay for. graphics sucks, strategy factor sucks, and its too much time consuming... infact there are quest where u can spent an entire afternoon siting in a chair doing nothing else than spending ur time grabing famous loot.

I play Gw for 3 years and it would be a perfect game if... u could have actions in the field just like swim, jump, climb, sneak, dodge, crouch. and the other problem is that it is too closed and u can solo the entire game if u want to cos the only thing on map are NPCs... but the idea of kill stealing isnt that great too. for that to be done the map would have to be bigger and specially i dont agree with some green items.. some classes are infieorized cos of it.

anyways.. DDO stills the best MMORPG for me... unfortunatly 15€ p/month is too much for me since i am 14 and i dont work... the thing is... free MMORPGs are that much atractive as paid ones cos the paid ones have more privileges and skips a bit in game performance.

Theres really no need for a monthly charge, I mean, if you are complaining about graphics, that was solved in EoTN, there really not much else that they could do with the extra fifteen million dollars, all the extra campaigns, AND the release of GW2 shows that at least arenasoft is working their asses off to get new stuff in, we literally have new updates about 3 times a month

-I haven't met many immature people. So I don't know what they're crying about.
-It's something new. MMOG's like WoW are the same candy in a different wrapper.
-The founders are employees who have done great things for gaming in their lives. They're not idiots.
-I can walk outside and not see a dozen different people killing the exact same monster I am. People fail to remember that can bring more boredom than immersion. Because I fail to see the fun at watching someone with the same weapon kill the same monster at the same speed I am. So I don't see why so many people whine and cry about instancing.
-I have played a lot of PvP, and have rarely been called a n00b, or a ******, or anything like that. I won't get ganked by some 1337 speaking 12 year old who thinks he's the hottest thing to come along since the invention of videogames. Want to see the pinnacle of human stupidity, go to a WoW forum. Trust me, if someone put 90% of WoW's fanbase into a room then nuked it, the world would probably be better for it.
-I have met a lot of cool people in this game. Almost everyone I've partied with is on my friends list.
-Streaming updates! Dear God the streaming updates are so fast and simple.
-VERY quick install speed. I got it installed in less then a minute and updated completely in less than two. WoW takes me a good 10-15 minutes to completely install. Kinda sad.
-No monthly fee! A game that looks and plays this good without robbing me of my hard earned money! They even gave the players an expansion size update for free and gave the players the music for that update for free! What are you paying for in WoW? To be called a "gay fag" and for Paladins to get destroyed while they make Shamans more and more powerful?
-Best PvP ever. Period. 'nuff said.

i've only recently started playing and i was totally lost, i met a cool guy that showed me how to play properly, took me on a load of cool quests that brought me up to level 9 in no time and he bought me cool clothes and showed me how to colour them and swords and stuff, personally, i've NEVER EVER seen this happen in an online game beofre, thats why GW is my game of choice, more of these guys, less noobs! i'm still an noob and i left it for a good while, when i came back i couldn't remember half of what to do but i'm not a IMMATURE noob so i dont mind!
