you need to be battle axe level and have 20k gold to start a guild

For special characters in the guild name... the solution has been posted before. Look through the threads and use the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] function.

That problem has something to do with UTF-8 encoding of text. Check your browser settings.

I don't think anybody can give you an instructor nor do you need one for such a trivial task. The problem may have something to do with your language of Windows (Arabic?)... try using English version.
