gunbound wont....

hi i just started playin this game again the other day....
this is wat happened....( a week ago )
i remembered my account name but not my password...
so i went on gunbound clicked "find password" and
put in all the information....

it brought me to another page and said ur password has been sent to ur e-mail address....

i went to my e-mail and it wasnt there.....
i did this atleast 20 times and never got a e-mail from them.....

my e-mail address settings are on low security so it probally wont delete any mail

ive been waiting for a week and counting and no respose....
any advise of wat to do?
if i cant get my name bak im not playin again
took me to long to get my items without cash

There is 1 option for this :go website(www.gunbound.net)--> Log on another account(if u dont have just create)-->GameList Of Gunbound-->Help--> Customer Care-->Type your name and your email adress-->There are many options choose Email & Security Problem--> Again many options here choose "Mail from Softnyx is not delivered to me"-->Click Ok and log out from website and wait they reply you to you email or to the website in the same place i just told(Wait like 10 minutes or more...) :)

Have you checked your Spam mail folder. Gunbound E-mails do get put there sometimes. Also, are you sure that was the E-mail you registered that account to because I have several E-mails and I do get confused sometimes with my accounts. Otherwise try to contact them and tell them about your problem.(They don't care about players any way so good luck with that.)

Are you sure you checked the right email address...Also if you didn't verify that email address then the mail will never be sent, im sure fo one thing gunbound doesnt take 1 week to respond since its automated..

should take around 1-2mins less time usually..

Technically, the indecending order is malfunctioning OR the rate of the line is the rate that it takes for it to ORDER the functionality.

thx for the help... but
everything u guys posted i alredy tried b4 i made this fourm
i think the reason it isnt workin is because i was caught hacking and they cancelled my account....
but the weird thing is on my other account its still under my buddy list same level n everything......
also if i click find password and put in a differ e-mail, it says the e-mail isnt the 1 i origionaly signed up with
but if i put in my e-mail it says password has been sent.....
but the password was never sent.........

any other things i can try........


p.s. also i did the thing signing on with my e-mail on a differ account and messageing them they never replayed and i did that about 3 days ago using the same e-mail address as my account name i cant get the pass 2..... it also might b my e-mail address not giving it to me which suks bc i cant change it on my account bc i don kno the password
